Snow Joke!

By Helen, 18/12/2010 11:10 am

Christmas Trees!

Believe it or not we are open and we still have a few Christmas Trees left under this pile of snow!

The snow is laying crisp and deep and even and does look very beautiful even though it may put you off going outside!  Paul is out there (while I blog in the warm!) trying to make the car park accesable!

The A396 is passable and there is traffic occasionally trundling past but very slowly…

At least George is prepared with his stocking but I think he will be disappointed to find snow in it rather than presents!

Christmas Crafts!

By Helen, 10/12/2010 6:55 pm

If you fancy something handmade for Christmas then we have a selection of glass tree decorations and suncatchers made by myself!  We have also had a fresh delivery of trees today if you needed something to hang them on!

Festive Suncatchers

If you always fancied learning how to copper foil I am available for 1 to 1 tuition,  you could book a session for a loved one as a Christmas present!  Just give us a ring for details.

Festive wreath

We have  festive wreaths for sale, this one is an alternative to the traditional but we also have natural holly wreaths available.

For our cat loving customers meet a new addition to the team.   This is Tom one half of two kittens we got from the Blue Cross, Jerry (naturally)  is the other brother but is very difficult to photograph, hopefully he will stand still for me long enough to get a decent photo soon!

Customers in Snow!

A sprinkling of snow is just what is needed to put you in a festive mood and here are a few customers braving the cold and getting in early to pick the best trees!  It seems the big freeze will be with us for a while so we may get to have a White Christmas this year!

If you are wanting to impress your friends and have the space we have a small selection of larger Non-Drop trees from 8ft to 13ft!  We can even deliver (locally)  if you can’t fit them in your boot!
